I want to move the family over to notion. In order to do that it would be extremely helpful if we could initially adopt Notion as the UI/interface with all the existing calendars.

Over time everything could move into notion. However for example my wife's job works with Google everything. So if she cannot see the Notion calendar in her google workspace she won't be able to adopt it.
