Notion email automation are amazing, nevertheless one big problem is that when you want to use it to send the email to your customer, it is added to the end of the email and customer immediately find out, that the message is autocreated and it is not written by human. Would it be possible to review change of this feature?

This is one of the most requested features, when typing in Arabic for example, the words get messed up especially if there is an English word in the middle. Please add the option to switch the text format or the page format to Right to Left

if i want to lock the database and it's pages and contents now we have to go to each page and lock them individually, please give option to lock all the pages of a database in one go or give the user to choose locking pages by default whenever they save them and later if we want to edit we can obviously go and unlock just like simple excel sheet in mobile app i accidently ruined the format and when i touch screen it selects the text and deletes to no undo option like computer version

I want to move the family over to notion. In order to do that it would be extremely helpful if we could initially adopt Notion as the UI/interface with all the existing calendars. Over time everything could move into notion. However for example my wife's job works with Google everything. So if she cannot see the Notion calendar in her google workspace she won't be able to adopt it.

It would be extremely helpful if Notion included an automatic spell check function for Spanish, similar to the one available in Word or Google Docs (e.g., activated by pressing F7). For many users who write in Spanish — whether for academic, professional, or personal purposes — having a built-in tool that highlights and suggests corrections for spelling mistakes would greatly improve productivity and reduce errors. This feature would be especially useful for long texts or collaborative documents where accuracy and clarity are essential. Implementing an automatic spell checker for Spanish (and potentially other languages) would make Notion more accessible and efficient for a broader range of users around the world.

I’d love to request a new feature: the ability to create full checklists (multi-item lists) within a single database property — not just one checkbox per property. Right now, if I want to track steps inside a task (like a content creation checklist), I either have to create sub-pages, nested databases, or use long workarounds. It would be incredibly helpful if a property (like a "Checklist" or "Steps" property) allowed me to add multiple checkbox items inside one field. Thanks for considering!

It would be really helpful if we could delete previously uploaded custom icons. Right now, any image I upload as an icon stays permanently in the icon selector, and there's no way to remove it. Please consider adding a way to manage or delete old uploaded icons, especially for those we added by mistake or no longer use. Thank you!

I have more than three apps connected to Notion AI. There are times when I want to check data in only two of these apps. I would like to multi select specific sources to avoid the bot looking in other sources, since those others might confuse the bot with data I don't want it to check.
